Well at the moment I'm into dubstep... oh and Animal Collective...Have you heard them? That song Bluish total rocks my socks.


You know what? This post sucks, I'm gonna go away and beat myself and then make it into an hi-larious comic strip.

The Other Others.

There are at least 14 musical acts that go by the name the Others. Amazing really, considering what an average-at-best film it way. Hooo!

Afternoon. Evening. Today marks the second monthly Dubstep Saturday in my house. I have found over recent months that dubstep is perfect hangover music. You know those days where the thought of another drink or (metaphorical) cigarettes makes your stomach turn and you think "did I really throw ice/eat glowstick last night?".

Anyway enough about my life, I don't get the whole dubstep phenomenon. Skream is basically autechre with a donk on it (right?) and not supposed to appeal to anyone who doesn't read some po-faced muso magazine. Right?

Jesus I dunno. Everyone and his dog has heard THAT La Roux remix.



Don't get me wrong I love a womp womp bassline as much as the next bandwagon jumper. Just not the bits where it gets all chavvy and Guy Ritchie soundtrack-esque.


Ha. Anyway, I'm thinking of picking up the old 4 string (bass guitar, douche). You know, just to enforce that whole chicks in bands cliche (and not at all to get laid)
