Yeah. Whiskeycats are the official best band you've never heard of. Why have I never heard of them, I hear you cry. Becaue they are from Rochdale and everything from here is doomed to obscurity.
But seriously I would go as far as to say they are the best thing from Mreater Manchester in a long time (yeah even better than the Wheel et al)
Yoiu should proabably try and catch them at Manchester's Hungry Pigeon festival on the 23rd. They're playing Picadilly gardens and it's free. Get your skinny white boy ass down there.
